JUSTICE ON THE WAY
Story
For too long, the cries of abused children in Malawi have echoed in silence. We have listened to survivors whose cases have turned into cold files gathering dust where legal help is out of reach, and justice is bought, delayed, or suppressed.
Child Advocacy Centre, we say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Justice should not be a privilege; it is a fundamental human right.
Every child who has faced sexual abuse, physical violence, or exploitation deserves accountability, protection, and a pathway to healing. Yet today in Malawi, countless children are denied justice due to systemic corruption, legal delays, threats, and intimidation. Perpetrators remain free while child survivors carry the heavy burden of unhealed trauma.
That is why we are launching JUSTICE ON THE WAY a nationwide, mobile legal clinic and advocacy initiative stepping into the gap between abuse and accountability.
Through our specialized mobile clinics and ground-level legal teams, Child Advocacy Centre is taking justice directly into communities from the north to the south of Malawi.
Our mission focuses on three core pillars: Unearthing, Accelerating, and Healing.
Justice on the Way will be capturing and producing investigative Media Documentaries of each case recorded that will be streamed on selected media platforms to enhance awareness and send a strong message on the duty to Protect Children from Abuse.
